Epifanes Epoxy Primer

Epifanes Epoxy Primer is a two-component anti-rust primer based on epoxy resin and zinc phosphate. Rust-resistant, good filling and easy to sand.

Application:

Filling primer in a two-component system on (bonded) wood, polyester or as a rust-resistant primer in a two-component system on steel and aluminum, inside and outside, below and above the waterline. Can be painted over with all Epifanes two-component products (Epifanes Poly-urethane primer and topcoat above the waterline, Epifanes Epoxy HB Coat or Interimcoat below the waterline).

Sandable:

After 12 hours at 20°C.

Drying time:

After 12 hours at 18°C. Within 5 days without intermediate sanding

Processing time at 20°C:

2 hours at 18°C.
