Epifanes Poly-Urethane

Epifanes Poly-urethane yacht varnish color is a high-gloss, two-component topcoat based on polyester resin, isocyanate and lightfast pigments. High covering power, long-term gloss retention, optimal outdoor durability, weather and water resistance and exceptional impact, scratch and wear resistance. This two-component topcoat can be easily applied with a brush, roller and air spray.

Application:

For new work on wood, steel, aluminum and polyester, indoors and outdoors above the waterline, in combination with suitable primers or directly on pre-treated intact polyester. Also suitable for the maintenance of existing two-component topcoat systems, regardless of brand.

Processing time at 20°C:

3-4 hours

Can be painted over:

After 24 hours at 18°C. Within 48 hours without intermediate sanding

Can be painted over with:

Epifanes one- and two-component yacht lacquers

Spreading ability:

10 m²/l @ 30 microns

Mixing ratio by weight:

2 parts base A: 1 part hardener B
