Interior application: Over suitable primer and/or topcoat layers, for example Epifanes Multi marine Primer. Exterior application: Only apply as an aesthetic final coat over a total protective paint system (= primer and protective high-gloss topcoat. Application over existing paintwork: Over intact and pretreated one- and two-component topcoat layers.
