Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers as it is part of consumer law. Purchases with the intention of using for business purposes cannot benefit from the right of withdrawal for consumers.

The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us CIV Harlingen, Nieuwe Vrouwenhaven 9, 8861 NX Harlingen, info@civ-harlingen.nl, (0517-431644) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement. You can use the online contact form for this, but you are not obliged to do so. Our aim is to process your ticket within 48 hours. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. Damaged products may be subject to compensation.

The following only applies to business customers.

If you order as a business customer, company, B2B, the following rules apply with regard to the right of withdrawal.

civ-lauwersoog.nl is not legally obliged to offer the right of withdrawal to B2B customers as it applies to consumers (private individuals).

However, we would like to give you the option to return an item within 3 days, stating the reason.

This option expires within 3 days after the day the item is in your possession.

For multiple items in one order, which are delivered separately, the day on which you received the last item applies.
For an item that consists of several parts, the day on which you received the last part applies.

If you want to use our return option, the following is mandatory:

Send a ticket to our customer service using the contact form stating the reason for the return.
You can only return the item if:
1. The article is complete.
2. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.

NB:

  • When returning: enclose the packing slip or invoice in the packaging.
  • There are costs associated with returns, which are at your own expense
  • After receiving your return order, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 14 days after verification
  • After 3 days of delivery we can no longer accept returns!
  • We mix all our Sigma paints by color, therefore it is not possible to return a paint mixed by color (including black and white)!
  • Cut rope is a custom-made item and therefore cannot be returned.

Cancellation of your order.

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as your order has not yet been shipped. There are no cancellation fees involved. You can cancel your order by contacting us via the contact page. Please state that you wish to cancel and state the order number. (The order will not be canceled without an order number stated!)

Any payment will be refunded within 14 days.

Return procedure.

Would you like to return an item? Then we ask you to do the following. This way we can handle your return as smoothly as possible.

  • Please notify our customer service that you would like to exchange or return an order. This can be done by contacting us via the contact page.
  • You will receive confirmation of your request via email.
  • You will receive instructions for shipping the item via email.
  • The shipment must be returned at your expense.
  • After receiving your shipment, we will send you a confirmation of receipt via email.
  • The costs for returning an item or items are at your expense. The shipping costs charged are non-refundable and will be automatically deducted from your purchase amount.
