In addition, Nelfamar Vinyl Topcoat dries quickly and has excellent color and gloss retention. The product can be used universally as a topcoat on almost any surface. On surfaces that have a chlorinated rubber or vinyl coating system, Nelfamar Vinyl Topcoat bonds with these surfaces due to its reversible properties (without having to sand).
Nelfamar Vinyl Topcoat can be used at temperatures down to 0°C.Nelfamar Vinyl Topcoat is a glossy finish, it is better to use a semi-gloss finish than the Nelfamar Vinyl Plus
